Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Taylor the Esty Skin Studio.

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 5-8 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24-48 business hours of processing your order. 

Taylor the Esty Skin Studio is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Please check shipping information before completing checkout to ensure address and apartment number are correct. Customer assumes full responsibility for shipping errors due to wrong address and/or not including correct unit number.

Damaged & Lost Shipping

Taylor the Esty Skin Studio is not liable for any products damaged, missing, or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 

We do not accept any returns or exchanges regardless of circumstance. If an item is detective or broken, please email taylortheesty@gmail.com with videos/pictures so we may contact the company, however, we cannot guarantee they will be able to assist. Taylor the Esty Skin Studio cannot be held responsible for any defective or broken items.

If your shipment is missing or lost, there is nothing that Taylor the Esty Skin Studio can do once it has left our facility. Taylor the Esty Skin Studio cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items. Please contact the selected carrier (USPS) for assistance and/or to submit a claim.
